How we got here

From clicking the CRM to delegating it

For years, using Salesforce meant a person clicking through screens. That is changing. The interface is separating from the system of record, and the record can now be written by an agent. Here is how it happened.

Seven dated releases, all shipped or formally announced. None of this is a forecast.

Before and after

What changes when an agent does the clicking

This is what click-through CRM costs today, next to what teams report once an agent does the clicking. Same Salesforce, different interface.

40%

How it works

How it works on your CRM

The agent sits on your existing Salesforce through Headless 360. It reads, it drafts, and it waits. Nothing is written until a person says yes.

Step 01

It reads your data

Ask in plain language. The agent reads the records it is allowed to see and answers from your live Salesforce, not a copy.

Step 02

It proposes the writes

Update an opportunity, log an activity, fix a field. The agent drafts the exact change and shows you what it will write.

Step 03

A human confirms every one

Nothing reaches the record until a person approves it. Every write is a deliberate yes, not an automatic one.

Step 04

It runs with your identity

The agent acts as the signed-in user, inside existing permissions and sharing rules. Every change is attributed and audited.

The proof

This is funded and shipping, not a forecast

Agentforce is already in production and already paid for. The numbers below are reported, not projected.

Over half of sellers already use AI agents

They expect to cut research and drafting time by about a third.
